Are you looking for that place to go this year that is right on the lake, but only a short drive to get to? Then this is the place for you. This cottage is the place that you want to be staying at this year. It is located just one hour from Portsmouth NH.

It is only 50 feet from the lake with 120 feet of lake frontage. The cottage has hot and cold running water, bathroom with shower and a kitchen with electric range, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of counter space and cupboards for all the food and extras that you bring. Sorry, no dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms, with two of them being lofts that are reached by ladders. Both lofts you can look down on the living room area.

These have always been a favorite for the kids. In each loft are two twin beds. The main bedroom has a full sized bed. There is enough room for 10 people to sleep at the cottage.

The area has lots to do. There is the Lakeside Market on the other side of the lake that you can reach by boat or car. There you can buy subs, pizza, havs gas, etc. Within 5 miles, you have access to a Subways and Hannahford Supermarket. There is also Vandy's, a local drive up eatery.

Within 5 minutes, is Ossipee Mountain, where you can hike, mountain bike, four wheel, or ATV. On the top of the mountain is a fire tower, and if the ranger is there, you can go up in it.
